Jessica Del Carlo has worked at Dr. Escobar’s office for 1 ½ years. One of her favorite parts of her job is helping patients get a better understanding of their insurance and being able to get all their claims paid for them. She also likes getting to know the patients, helping them enjoy the experience while ensuring they have a smooth appointment. Jessica is currently a full-time student at Gavilan College, studying business with a minor in management. On her days off she enjoys working out, traveling, shopping and spending time with her family, friends and dogs. |

Registered Dental Hygienist Paula McDermott has worked for more than 30 years in Dr. Escobar’s office. She says that working with her fellow employees feels like family. One of her favorite part of the job is working with her patients, helping them and making them feel great about their smile. In her time off she loves spending time with her family, husband Michael, daughter Ashley, 21, Kade, 18 and Kennedy, 13. Together, they enjoy going to the beach, Lake Tahoe and taking spin classes. |

| Verena Orozco has worked as Dr. Escobar’s Front Desk Administrator for 10 months now. Her favorite part of the job is meeting and getting to know the patients and making them feel welcome to the practice. She also enjoys occasionally assisting at chairside. In fact, she’s working on getting qualified as a Registered Dental Assistant. During her time off she enjoys spending time with family and friends. | |

Elena Widergren is a Registered Dental Assistant who has been in the business for 11 years and worked at Jernell Escobar DDS for two years. She is married with two sons and loves to travel — when she can. She loves everything about her job, but especially interacting and helping the patients. She derives great satisfaction from helping people as part of her job. |
